I have been charged for the last two months for a 250 GB data plan at the price of 15£, even though I only activated it for one month initially. I was not informed that it would automatically renew after the first month, and I only found out when I saw the charges on my account. Since I haven't used the data plan, is there any way I can get a refund of £30 credited back to my account?

@Sadaftoqeer : All EE contract plans are ongoing with a min. term before which you cannot cancel w/out penalty. Beyond the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away. From what you say it seems you took a 30-day min. term contract. As you haven't given notice of cancellation you are committed to keep paying the monthly fee until you do cancel.
