I would like to change my current plan and want to cancel my add-ons. In addition, I would like to add a new prepaid 12 monthly plan to which costs below 10 pounds a month. It will be greatly appreciated if you could help me with this.

@blessenthomas92   You can only increase your current tariff unless your within your upgrade period.  You can stop any add ons you have via your account. And you  can also see what sim only contracts are available via your account.  or you can just call customer services.
