I am paying £24 per month which is completely shocking. I have been contacted by CS and been told that issue is going to be resolved but it never happened. Initially I was told that I will be paying £9.50 and each month now you are deducting £24.00. Absolutely unhappy.

Same happening to me for the last 2 months. EE CS contacts me and I tell them the issue and they say they are gonna resolve it but again I have just paid a great amount. It's shocking

I don't know where to check the bills. I was contacted by CS and they set a direct debit from my account. I was told it's gonna be £9.50 but my direct has been set for £24.00 which I have been paying for 2 months now. I am so frustrated now.
I have told this to CS for quite few times. They say it's now resolved and they have reset to £9.50 but it never happened.
I am totally unhappy with the service.

You can view the bills in your EE account online or the EE app, if you have not registered for an EE account please see our Register for an EE ID page.
