what kind of app is this why i can't find my statements data balance last bills

I know it's absolutely appalling. All they want to do is sell you more stuff, and stuff you've just bought from them anyway. They don't care about customers and providing customer services (like online statements), they only want to extract more money from you.

I'm looking on the EE website and the EE app to see how I can get an online
bill. Should be simple. I've logged in to my account and looking for the
'Manage' option which apparently is where its possible to do this. If there
is a "Manage' option its extremely well hidden. And that's what's so
irriating. I'm already a customer - so I dont want pages of offers and
links for more products & services I've already got.
If you can let me know where I can access monthly bills either from the app
(Andriod) or website I'd be very grateful. Thanks

Have you tried selecting link a product and linking your number to the EE account? 

When the account is fully set up 'Manage' should show on the home screen for you.

No I hadn't, but it does look like that's what's needed. So why don't they
just say that!
Really grateful for your advice, but why should the (very helpful)
community be doing their job for them?!
Not succeeded in linking products yet - inevitably the system is down. But
I shall persevere
