access business bills

i can access my bills for my personal phone account, but when i sign into my business account to print off my monthly invoices all i get is a blank screen. how do you resolve this

Have you tried a different browser? 

How long have you been unable to view the bills?

I changed my email address a few weeks ago on my business account, now when I log in to my account it doesn't show anything regarding usage, billing or past bills. EE technical just keep telling me it's a problem they are working on and it's affecting a large percentage of business  users, is anyone else having this problem?

Once they have an update with the issue you're facing they will get back in touch with you.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Using a different browser doesn't help. Have tried Edge and Firefox

If you are seeing the same thing happen on different browsers, I would recommend speaking to our business technical team so they can have a look at the account settings and see what is happening.
