Bill not clear - Possible Overcharge?

Hi,

Been a customer for a while and found that just sticking with my tariff and not upgrading over the years offered best value.

Have just checked account and notice that I'm being billing £42 for a plan called '£35' . there is also a note for a £5.00 'loyalty discount' that doesn't seem to be affecting the total.

Seems I've been paying £42 a month for a while now.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

The name of the plan is often a bit meaningless when discounts and yearly price rises get applied. So just because it says it's called £35, doesn't mean that's what you pay.

Hi thanks for taking the time to help!

Ah okay, I appreciate that context.

And any thoughts on the £5 discount that seems not to affect the bottom line ?

Does the £5 discount show up on your bill correctly?

With yearly price rises, if you haven't upgraded you're probably not on the best value tariff now, it may be worth looking at your upgrade options or discussing with EE to see what best suits your needs.
