Hi
I just enabled itemised billing so that I would have a monthly record of all outgoing calls but I keep seeing that only chargeable calls are recorded. Does that mean if the call is covered by your contract allowance you will not be able to see the calls on the bill?

You will be able to see a record of all outgoing calls & texts, not just chargeable 1s, in your next bill. It is not retrospective.
