It's probably a £50 refundable security deposit against roaming. If you don't intend to use your phone abroad call CS & ask for it back.

I’m so disappointed ive only had sim nearly 2 weeks havent used all data ect 🤬£65 to loose when not expected has left me in a difficult situation

Yeah happened to me m8 awaiting refund

- Netflix Premium in Offers & Add-ons
- Still got charged in Contracts & Billing
- Netflix added then immediately removed from my add-on in Offers & Add-ons
- EE Service is appauling at best and fraudulant at worst. Try to speak to someone in Contracts & Billing
- Payments not going through - charged twice in Contracts & Billing
