It's probably a £50 refundable security deposit against roaming. If you don't intend to use your phone abroad call CS & ask for it back.

I’m so disappointed ive only had sim nearly 2 weeks havent used all data ect 🤬£65 to loose when not expected has left me in a difficult situation

Contract sim £15 per month charged and taken £65 out of account. Haven’t used all data ect
