I have just noticed that my rental charges were increased in January of this year, and further increased in April, whilst I am on contract.
I understood at the start of my contract that charges would only be increased in April.
Please advise.

@Wingcowyn , not sure why you say there are no agents to answer your call, I have never had a problem, but as it is the weekend, might be best to try on a week day, probably best in the morning, it usually takes no more than 20 minutes, usually less, for someone to answer.
I was writing about ringing customer service, not live chat, never used it personally.

Hi Schockwave,
I managed to get hold of them on chat yesterday and they fixed the problem for me. Apparently a discount was removed that should have run for the duration of the contract, so they will refund the excess payments made and reduce my payments accordingly.
