Yes I’ve cancelled the order and it was for a new contract.

I still haven’t been refunded for this yet and I have phoned customer services every day since I cancelled my order on 09/08/22 and my bank hasn’t received any confirmation of any refunds either is there anyway to speed this up at all because I really need that money.

Thank you for your patience. It could be that the refund is still being purchased. I would recommend calling our Mobile Care team to check the status.
