Why were my charges increased in January

I have just noticed that my rental charges were increased in January of this year, and further increased in April, whilst I am on contract.

I understood at the start of my contract that charges would only be increased in April.

Please advise.

Thanks,
Wingcowyn

Hi Schockwave,

I managed to get hold of them on chat yesterday and they fixed the problem for me. Apparently a discount was removed that should have run for the duration of the contract, so they will refund the excess payments made and reduce my payments accordingly.

Thanks everyone for your help in this matter.

Rental charges? for what product or service?

@Wingcowyn , have you checked your bill to see what the extra charges are? Why not ring and speak to customer service, they will be able to take a look, there is no account access here?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hi,

Thanks for your replies. I will try and contact EE directly about this issue, this not being the place to discuss this problem. I do not relish trying to contact them on the phone. Do they have a chat for customer contact?

Thanks,

Wingcowyn
