Why has my bill increased this month

My phone bill has increased this month from £ 6.47 to £8.25.could you explain the reason why.

For billing issues you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Paddymillie , you can also check your bill by downloading it and seeing the breakdown, we cannot know as we have no access to your account and do not know who you are.
