Payment taken no tracking info

I ordered a new contract yesterday online £30 was taken from my account but I did not receive any tracking information or email confirmation. What can I do ?

Wait as it is likely your order isn't processed yet. 

Alternatively call EE CS on 150. 

Check your email spam/junk folders.
