Why can't I add an additional product?

so I rang EE about a product my partner had upgraded to. In conversation the woman at EE said I'm eligible to add additional products to my account. I mentioned I'm in an IVA so would that not matter. She said no because I've been an existing customer for many years and my score with EE is very good and they would only do hard credit checks for brand new customers. Hours after I spoke to her the shop on MyEE says I'm not eligible....so am I or am I not eligible? I upgraded a year ago and I had been in my IVA 18 months already 🤷

Hi @kazla87
I would get in touch with customer service who will be able to advise what products you can add to your account. It could just be that My EE is not letting you for some reason.
Have you tried the app or website? Maybe one of them is not working for you.
