Why are the offices closed? I need to pay before midnight tonight

All 150 options just say this office is now closed.

I'm on a special plan where I need to pay before midnight on the 15th.

Why advertise everywhere I can call til 9pm?

I've tried via the app and via 150.

Just posting for evidence tomorrow and hopefully they won't hold it against me

Hi @Gayymer_Karl

Our payment support team do have different opening times, so this will be why you couldnt get through. Our regular billing team were open until 9pm. I'd recommend speaking with the payment support team as soon as you can so that you can discuss this if you weren't able to make the payment.

@Gayymer_Karl : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Are you on a Consumer or Business plan?

EE Customer Services for Consumer customers are open until 8am-9pm Monday-Friday and 8am-8pm Saturday-Sunday.

There are different opening hours and working days for Business customers which can be found here:

https://business.ee.co.uk/help/contact-us/get-in-touch/

The problem is I can't use that service as it goes to my actual bill rather than the one that I am paying while I am in financial hardship. If that makes sense. So I have to speak to someone to make sure the payment goes to the right bill

There is some information listed here on the EE Help pages around managing payment plans: https://ee.co.uk/help/billing-payments/financial-support/managing-my-payment-arrangement

This will only apply to a Consumer account.

If it is saying Customer Services are closed for you, you may not be on a Consumer plan, unless it is a specific team you're trying to speak with that keep different hours to general CS.

I am a consumer, just calling through the app and the 150 number both just say offices are now closed after i reply to the message saying YES
