I'd love to help out 😊
Once you're logged into the EE app, head to "Manage" then "Billing". There is a drop-down box to view your bills, simply tap the bill you'd like to view.
For payments, scroll down the page a little and you should see "Your Payment History", if you select this you can then see your last 12 months of payments.

It's the big yellow button which says view bill, then scroll down to your bills.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Ive just updated myee and there is nothing that says billing once you click on manage.

Can you please make sure your details are still linked? Head to the EE app> Manage (scroll to the bottom of the page)> Link a product.
Can you see any billing information through your main online account?
