What is MAIN!!

I’ve just checked my bill which should only be my mobile bill of around £25 then all of a sudden it’s £145!! A charge of £120 exactly has been added only under the description MAIN. I’ve not been abroad I’ve not gone over any calls texts or data as shown on the bill just the charge of MAIN for £120. What even is this?! Can anyone help? I’ve also added literally nothing to my plan.
