Add ons

Hi

I have Google AI Pro add on. However,  I've no idea how to access this through my EE account.

For clarity, I use my sim as my main source of broadband.  It is installed in a router, not a phone. I'd be looking to access this add on via my computer.

What do I need to do to link this so that I can make use of this add on?  It's really not clear to me what the process is outwith using it on a phone.

As long as you use the associated Google account on your laptop you should be ok.

What is happening when you try and purchase additional data? Are you on pay as you go or pay monthly contract?

If pay monthly have you tried all the methods on our pay monthly data add-ons help page?
