What does this mean on my bill?

Doon1e963

Just looking at my next bill it says it will be £100 for TV and broadband. This is higher than the previous month which is higher than the month before that.

It say £9.99 for rented or bought. I cannot see the details so have no idea what this is. It gives to opportunity to look at  what I may have bought on demand  but that shows as £0.

Please explain and if necessary remove from my bill
