cant find an edit address form on desktop, found it on mobile but the form submits then errors and doesn't update my address. HELP.

@jedarlington If that is happening across both the app and website it does suggest something account related is preventing the address update as there can be conditions where you wont be able to change your address.
I would recommend giving our team a call on 150 when you are available and they can check your account and help update the address.

Hi @jedarlington,
Welcome to the EE Community
To update your mobile account address via desktop, login to the EE website and select Manage> Plans and Subscriptions> Manage Mobile and scroll down on this page and it will show your address with a change address button.
Then select to update postal or billing address and it will send you a one time PIN and one confirmed you should be able to update. Does that allow you to update the address ok?
