How do i change the account that my direct debit comes out of. The box is greyed out?

Welcome to the Community!

You might not be able to change the account your Direct Debit comes out of within a few days of the payment, as the instruction will have already been sent to the bank.

If you give our team a call then they will be able to get this changed for your next payment.
