I'm abroad for work and relying on my roaming package for contact with family, clients, and other elements.
Last week you disabled my phone despite me making payments.
It's now been 5 days and despite you saying things would be disabled for only 24 hours after payment it's been 5 days.
I can't contact your help lines, I can't log on from a computer to reconnect because I can't receive the text for authorization, I can't re set up a direct debit because the website link to do that doesn't actually contain the section to do that . There's no email address I can contact. Nothing.
I'm basically stranded without my phone being functional, this needs to be fixed now.

Not a viable option. Deeply unhelpful reply.

Although you find it deeply unhelpful it's the truth. You've joined a forum where it tells you it's mainly customers & nobody has account access, only way is to call

@hoffasaurusx , if you are on contract, did you enable roaming before going abroad?
Did you receive the welcome message from EE when landing abroad?
Have you actually done a manual search for a network to see if you can get a signal? Often just rebooting your phone or turning airplane mode off and on can also work.
Otherwise you will have to contact customer service to get this resolved using another phone, as this is a public forum with no account access and we have no idea who you are.
