Hi everyone, so on my account it say's that I can upgrade my phone/contract if I pay £200, that's fine don't mind paying but every single device I select to upgrade to says there's no plan available choose another device, why is that happening? Can I up

Are you trying to upgrade through the EE app or via the your online account on the website?
