I have 2 numbers in my account, I would like all billing texts and all other notifications to come to one of them only. Can someone from EE assist me with that? I'm asking here because seemingly there is no chat option? I don't want to call CS. Many thanks.

Thanks for confirming your details online.
You could try changing the contact number online to your partners number, then changing it back to yours to force it to update back.
However if that doesn't work you'll need to call Customer Service where a guide can manually update your billing notification messages for you.
We don't have access to customer account details here on Community to be able to update the details for you I'm afraid.

Thanks @Ali_A . Unfortunately that doesn't solve it. My contact details have my number, but billing texts are still coming to my partner's number. I don't actually know how that happened, since I've never asked them to be sent to her number.
