Upgrades confusing

Has anyone had massive issues upgrading using EE? Every time it changes and get told something different. Discounts get taken off and apparently no longer eligible for a loyalty discount that was previously on the account. Told I had to cancel the upgrade and start again. Will be finally leaving as just fed up with extras and discounts constantly being changed every upgrade.

Did you request a PAC code?

As soon as you provide your PAC code to your new provider and your number transfers over your account will be closed. 

If you are cancelling without a PAC code then this would be 30 days from when you placed your notice.

I was literally told my contract could be immediately cancelled once the simo contract was removed from the account. I’ve got that in writing from customer services. I also imagine i can’t request the PAC code until the simo contract is removed which can take up to 5 days.

That is something you would need to speak to our customer service team about, @Stylesb 

The process that @Katie_B mentioned is standard process.

I have all the screen shots of the chat as assumed something else would change as part of this process trying to leave. So far there has been a lot of contradictory information given by various teams at EE.

Yes agree seems like loyalty does not count the same as before.
