Why is my early upgrade date the same as the standard upgrade date I’m on sim only and would like to upgrade to a new iPhone

Just a few questions:
Did you have a plan before you moved to SIM only? If so, was that Pay as you go or a handset contract?
Are you currently on a 24 month or 12 month SIM only contract?

I'm not sure why the dates are the same. It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check from our side.
