Cancelling Sim only contract

I have 4 Mobile SIM contracts only, the contract 24-month, and the contract end date would be 01/02/24. I am not happy with the services, How can I cancel my contract without paying a penalty

I got a cellular Apple Watch with EE and pay for it within my direct debit. Do I pay for this continuously or will the bulk of the cost cease after a period of time?
