I was due to upgrade my contract in Oct and it was letting me last week but had issues with delivery so it was reversed now its changed the upgrade dates on my account. It was due Oct 22 its now saying april 23 it was a 24 mnth contract which started Oct 20???

Welcome to the community.
I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check that the contract dates are al correct on our side.
