Hi,
I have ended my contract and moved my number to another supplier. However, I have still been charged for this month. How do I get a refund, please?

@iancassells It’s not possible if your number is no longer on EE as porting your number out of EE closes your account. did you port out before you was billed or after ? If you ported out after you was billed then the billing process is automatically started. You’ll be refunded this payment back just don’t cease the payment method yet.

I used a PAC, which was used by the companies the day after I got charged.
Is there a time frame for refunds? I will keep the payment method open.

You should receive your final bill approximately a week after disconnection
