Been with EE for 20+ years, little hassle. 2 contracts, only use phone very little, 5mb data on one, 2mb on other. Other networks much cheaper monthly costs which I am looking at. However, seen contract sim with EE , 10mb data, £9 per month. (Through BT) question is, can I just swap to this or if I cancel contracts will I be able to keep my two current numbers? Shop says I cant. Thx

If you cancel your numbers you wouldn't be able to keep them unless you got a PAC.
I'd recommend speaking with our Upgrades Team so they can look into this for you.

Apparently, there is no way to keep my numbers if staying with EE unless I upgrade, but I dobt need a new phone!

@marionrogers you don;t have to go for another phone, you could just upgrade to Sim Only deals to keep your numbers.
The mobile care team should be able to sort that out for you.

Apparently, cheapest sim only is £24 a month for 5gb, new 2 year contract so can't keep my numbers. Madness

If a particular plan is available to change to, then as a matter of course you will keep your number.
