Hi,
I'm within the last 45 days of my contract but every time I go to select the new device and airtime plan I want, it shows an upfront Upgrade fee at the checkout.
I searched online EE T&C and it clearly says when in the last 45 days that you won't have to pay an early upgrade fee.
What's going on??

Hi @Ldsmith378
What does the up front fee say it's for? Is it an equipment charge or an early upgrade fee?

Hi,
I've attached a screenshot of the basket.
It just says upgrade fee.
My contract finishes on 13th January 2024 so I'm within the 45 days but it keeps coming up with that upgrade fee.

Hi @Ldsmith378
Thanks for that. By my count, it's 45 days until your end date, but I'm not sure if it ticks over to 'within 45 days' tonight. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to see if they're able to put this through for you, or maybe hang on until tomorrow, to see if it updates.
