I have the same problem, called customer service multiple times, they have supposedly twice already posted the bill to me over the mail, but nothing is received at my place. It is a shame that:
1- we can't access the bill on our myEE account like other providers do (Virgin, BG, etc)
2- EE can't get a simple letter over the mail (I successfully receive mail daily - what's wrong with EE's posting?)
3- EE could be just being un-compeitive by trying to make the switch to other providers more difficult..

When was the last time you spoke with customer care regarding your paper bill?
