I know my phone has been suspended and got a high phone bill but at the moment I’m not working and homeless I really need my phone on for my solicitors being in touch please

I can understand this most be a very difficult time for you and you need access to calls.  

Please give us a call on either 150 from your EE phone or 0800 956 6000 and our mobile guides will certainly see what they can do to help you with the payment and to get your service restored.
