I've had a direct debit going out of my account for a long time for an old contract I took out for someone else, it is now on a monthly sim only price.
I have the account number but not sure on the contact number associated with the contract. How can I cancel this?

@adrian710 you need to call customer services in order to give 30 days notice to terminate that contract.. this device will be on a account that is yours as it’s your contract and that account will show the phone number. If there’s only one line on this account, then using the account number will be good enough,.
