Hi,
I've got my new phone in a store and I've changed my mind and want to return. Now they say I cannot return my device if I got it in the store?!?!!
When they told me I have 14 days to return they haven't told me this.
Now,how can I return the device and get another one?

@PavelRusu You only get a cooling off period with online and phone sales by law. There is no cooling of period with store sales as you have the device in front of you so you can see what your are purchasing.

Sales conducted over telesales & online-based methods in the UK, come with a statutory 14days "change of mind" right of return. No such right exists with retail store face-to-face purchases, given you have ample time to inspect the goods for purchase.
Any refund in these scenarios is wholly at the discretion of the store - you may not be able to return this phone.

The 14-day return policy in an EE Store only applies when you're experiencing coverage issues, not for "change of mind". That is only when buying online or by phone by law.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
