Hi,

I am trying to renew my contract, i work for a company that gives a discount for EE. When i try use my code it says it's invalid everytime. It's never been used as I create one instantly and try use and still doesn't work.

Any help would be greatful, thanks. I have tried online chat and they have been no help.

@Danielcooper93  Is the tariff you’re trying to select already discounted?  If it is you cannot  apply a 2nd discount to it.
