Hello,

Am I supposed to receive an email or an SMS when a bill is ready to view because in the 9 months of having a contract I never have?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

You can check to make sure your alerts are turned on by logging into your EE Account online. Once you're logged in, tap on Plans & Subscriptions and scroll down to Mobile usage alerts. From there, you can choose to receive alerts by email or text.

If your alerts are turned on, but you aren't receiving these, please reach out to our team. They will be able to look into this further for you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I don’t get any notification and no sms or email.  Do I need to contact EE directly to find out why?

Thanks for the pointer.  Found the setting and saw it was set to sms the wrong number.  Changed it now.  Thanks again.
