So I just transferred my number to a new service like a week ago and it was working fine until yesterday when I am still charged with monthly cost? Is that normal? Or am I missing something.

@Immanueld2 If your bill was generated before you changed network that bill is still taken. You’ll be refunded back up to the pint your number was migrated away from EE. Please allow between 7-10 days for a refund.
