Hello,
I am due an upgrade on both of my lines that I have at the moment. I tried to get this answer from an Agent on the chat last night, but all they wanted to do was sell me broadband.
I am looking to take out a sim only for 6 months on both numbers to keep costs down while the mrs is on maternity leave. Then possibly upgrade back to a handset in May/June time. Last time I did this, 3 years ago ish, there was no upgrade charge to go from Sim only back to a handset. Is this still the case? Or will I be charged. The phones will likely be fine for another 1-2 years so Im not overly bothered, but FOMO on a new phone haha.
TIA 🙂

@nathan0783 Its still the same policy. So you can do exactly what you did 3 years ago.
