Hello,
I am looking to upgrade my phone under the Anytime Upgrade scheme. Unfortunately I had to send my phone off to my Insurance company due to dropping it on holiday. I spoke to EE before sending it to my insurance who confirmed that if I sent the phone back damaged then the cost would be £400+ (I can't remember the exact figure). Hence sending it to my insurers for a much, much lower excess.
My Insurance company haven't confirmed if they will repair my current phone or issue a replacement yet
If my insurance company (not EE) send a replacement will I still be eligible for the Anytime Upgrade?
Thanks

Hi @JohnMincher,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Yes, you can still trade in your insurance replacement.
