@PaulaA  If you’re a contract customer your EE account shows this information.     Or on the EE app click manage and just scroll down to “YOUR PLAN” It’ll show the start and end date of your contract. 

If you’re not a contract customer you can purchase a new device whenever you want. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
