Why did I sign a contract at the beginning for 6 months, and they returned my deposit. I used it normally for three months and now they stopped charging for roaming, although I have the same current bank card. Now my roaming does not work, my account was blocked and I can not pay online. Why is everything so complicated?

Hi @Ainash

Welcome to the community.

I'm not really sure why this would happen. I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team so they can check your account and find out what is going on.

You can find our contact information on our contact us page. There's an international number on there that you can call from another phone, or through a VoIP service, such as Skype.

@Ainash : I don't know that EE do 6 months contracts.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free. Nos. other than Freephone can't be called over Skype w/out a lotta bother.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
