Hello I sent my phone back within 14 days on Mon. Sent special delivery. Arrived Tuesday 3rd, had to be back by 6th. Have evidence from royal mail it was delivered yesterday at 1030.

As of yet I have heard nothing back about this. 

When should I hear anything
