Unlimited Data Add On

Jmick

I recently paid £40 for an unlimited data add on (it expires on 15 June). I have a 5gb monthly data contract (paying via DD), so paid for an  unlimited data add on during my holidays in order that I did not run out of data - also preserving my contracted 5gb data. However, my balance of data is showing as zero - even though I have paid £40 for the add on.  I would like my monthly contracted balance to be reinstated please. I don't see why I should lose my monthly data if I have paid extra for an add on. Thank you.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I think when you have "Unlimited" data no balance is shown. Sort of by definition.

I note a coupla discrepancies:

  • Unlimited monthly data add-on on contract is £31.22 or weekly is £25. Unlimited monthly data add-on on PAYG is £40.
  • You do pay contract by DD but you don't on PAYG which is by bank card.

Are you sure you are on contract & not PAYG?
