I logged onto my EE bills and a message on screen says that my bill next month will be more than normal, it doesn’t say why, and I have no extra charges, so what’s going on?

Yeah surprisingly mine says the same and doesn’t say why or have extra charges either

Really irritating isnt it! Its £8 more so its not just a quid or so, the only thing I can think of it may be taken later than normal because of the new year etc

Mine is £8.33 p more than it usually is. Something defo not right for sure

Did you have a discount which has now expired?
Any extra charges will be itemised.
If not I suggest you call EE CS on 150 tomorrow to find out more.

No discounts that have expired and when I look at itemised charges it shows nothing and says 0. I guess I’m ringing up in morning then thanks mate

Although I’ve just checked the online site and that is stating everything as it should, but the app is where it’s saying different. So something not right. Maybe the app is glitchy but I’ll ring tomorrow to be sure

It does seem really strange! When I go onto the website it just says my bill will be more next month as I use Weare8 so I get money knocked off per month by watching videos etc, this makes sense but it shouldn’t be that much difference! Should only be £3! So I have no idea whats going on!

That’s a coincidence as I also use we are 8 and used £5 of that off my last bill. But according to the app my next bill will be £8.33 more. It would make sense if it said £5 more.
