Unknown number on bill

I wish to query a number on our bill. The number

xxxxxxxxxxx is not recognised by my wife or myself

Hi @Wendynaven,

You will need to get in touch with customer service who will be able to advise further.

Is it showing that you made a call to this number, or is it showing as a number on your account?
