On my mobile bill I was shocked to see extra charges for £220.37. This was 6 amounts o £36. 45. I phoned EE and was told they were purchases made on my mobile. I didn’t even know you could do this. They were made through a company called foot Locker. EE said I would have to get the money back though them. I can’t believe EE cannot investigate this. Has anyone else had this happen, & how could this happen surly someone would need my phone

What does it say next to each charge, @Maddison62.
Keep us posted here on how you're getting on with Foot Locker.

I've had extra charges on my bill this month too that I'm completely unaware of! 6 payments amounting to £220.74! From company Adidas... I never buy from Adidas so have no clue what the hell has happened! I'm calling EE Monday morning to have them look into it

Hi @Jade19922
Welcome to the community.
I think it's a good idea to speak to our Mobile Care team so that they can look at this for you. We're open at the weekends too, if you'd like to speak to someone today.
