Switching from personal account to business account

I would like to switch from a personal account to a business account. My contract has ended and I'm due an upgrade but would like to do this upgrade with a business account. 

I cannot call during the day, so can I do this online somewhere?

@kelsey_smith_08  You’ll need to get your account changed over to a business account first so that means a call to customer services.   Or you upgrade first then call to get it swapped over to a business account.  I’ll do the latter if it was me.
