Upgrade early

I need a early upgrade has my phone is completely finished but I can't afford the upgrade money   I've been a customer for so many years now can you please help me to get a earlier upgrade please

My phone is breaking more and more each day and I can't listen with it and it keeps dialling contacts when I end calls,

I cant afford a early upgrade and for being a customer for so long can you help me a bit more about a early upgrade please

@Paulinedriscoll , this is not customer service, and if you want to upgrade early, depending how much longer you have left on your contract, you will have to pay that off. This is one reason why I advise people to keep a phone their not using, so that if their phone they are using develops a fault, they always have one available.

Unfortunately, I doubt EE will waver the rest of your contract, otherwise everyone will do it, so your best bet is to see what they can do to help. You can always get a phone elsewhere and put your SIM card in another phone until such time to upgrade without having to pay off the rest of the contract.
